Shipping Information

At Canna Doctor, we value fast and discreet delivery. All orders are processed carefully and shipped as quickly as possible in neutral packaging.

Shipping Times:

  • Orders placed before 16:00 (CET) on working days are shipped the same day.
  • Orders placed after 16:00 are shipped the next working day.
  • No shipments are processed on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Time:

  • Netherlands & Belgium: 1–2 working days
  • Other EU countries: 2–5 working days (depending on destination)

Please note: delivery times may vary due to courier delays, holidays, or customs checks.

Shipping Costs:

  • Netherlands: €4.95 (Free shipping on orders over €50)
  • Belgium: €6.95
  • EU countries: Calculated at checkout based on location

Discreet Packaging:

All packages are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging without any company logos or product details visible.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

Return Conditions:

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • You must notify us of the return within 14 days of receiving the order.
  • The return must be sent back within 14 days after your return request is approved.

Return Procedure:

  1. Send an email to info@canna-doctor.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. After approval, you will receive the return instructions.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will issue a refund within 5 working days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was delivered incorrectly or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@canna-doctor.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue
  • Description of the problem

We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
